Abstract

The main purpose of this study was to studying the needs assessment of mindful leadership of school administrators the secondary educational service area office pathum thani, The samples used in the research by the respondents include teachers and educational personnel which was obtained from a random number of 258 people and by interviewing 6 people including school administrators the tools used. Research includes 1) Level 5 assessment scale questionnaire 2) structured interview protocol, statistics, which are used in data analysis including average () standard deviation (S.D.)  and the modified priority needs index (PNImodified) The research findings are as follows : the results of a study of the needs assessment of the development of mindful leadership of administrators the secondary educational service area office pathum thani The level of expression of the behavior as a whole was at the most Consider that the required priority index (PNImodified ) is equal to 0.374  The skills in discretion are of utmost importance and necessity.
