THE STUDY OF THE SUCCESS ADMINISTRATION OF ACADEMIC IN SCHOOL FOR THE SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OF SISAKET , YASOTHON PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this study were: 1) to examine the level of success in academic administration of school under the office of Sisaket-Yasothon education service area,  2) to compare the success in academic administration of school under the office of Sisaket – Yasothon education service area classified by school size, principal qualification and principal experience, 3) to investigate the development guidelines in academic administration of school under the office of Sisaket – Yasothon education service area. The finding indicate that : 1) The results of the analysis of information on the achievements in academic administration of the school Under the Sisaket - Yasothon Secondary Education Service Area Office as a whole and in each aspect were at a high level. when considering each aspect It was found that the aspect with the highest average was research to improve educational quality of educational institutions, followed by teaching and learning management. and the aspect with the least average value was curriculum development in educational institutions. 2) Comparison of opinions of administrators and teachers on the Success in Academic Administration of School under the Office of Sisaket - Yasothon Secondary Educational Service Area, classified by position Overall, it was found that It was not different when considering each aspect. Teaching management Curriculum development in educational institutions and research to improve the quality of education in educational institutions There was a statistically significant difference at the 0.05 level, the rest were not different. 3) Comparison of the opinions of administrators and teachers on the success of school academic administration.
