ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AFFECTING THE STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITY EXTENSION SCHOOLS UNDER UDONTHANI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA 2

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study : To study the level of organizational culture that affects the strategic management of school administrators to expand educational opportunities. Under the jurisdiction of the Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, 2) To study the level of strategic management of school administrators to expand educational opportunities. Under the jurisdiction of the Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample group was teachers and educational administrators of the Educational Opportunity Expansion School. Under the Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2, academic year 2023, a total of 186 people were obtained through semi-structured group interviews. (Semi-Structured Interview). The research instrument was a questionnaire with a reliability in the organizational culture of 0.97 and the strategic planning of 0.96. The results of the research were found as follows. 1) The organizational culture of expand educational opportunities was overall at the highest level (= 4.62). 2) The strategic management of expand educational opportunities was overall average is at a high level. (= 4.34).
