A STUDY OF THE OPINIONS ABOUT THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE TEACHER SPIRITUALITY IN THE NEXT NORMAL OF FACULTY OF EDUCATION STUDENTS UTTARADIT RAJABHAT UNIVERSITY

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study opinions about the characteristics of the teacher spirituality in the next normal of faculty of education students in Uttaradit Rajabhat University. The research results found as follows: 1. The opinions about the characteristics of teachers with a teacher spirituality in the next normal of students from the Faculty of Education at Uttaradit Rajabhat University, overall, the students believed that teachers should possess a high level of teacher spirituality. When considering specific aspects, it was found that the characteristics of teachers with a teacher spirituality in the next normal, with the highest scores in the top 12 rankings, were as follows: , were: fairness, honesty, goodwill toward students, knowledge and modernity, selflessness, love and kindness, faith in the teaching profession, ability to use technology, effective learning management skills, continuous self-development, patience, and being a good role model. 2. The opinions regarding the characteristics of the teacher spirituality in the next normal, according to students from the Faculty of Education at Uttaradit Rajabhat University, suggested that teachers with such a spirit must uphold the ethics of the teaching profession, continuously develop themselves to stay modern, possess innovative teaching techniques, understand their students, and teach in a way that is easy to comprehend.
