Abstract
The model of human resource development according to the principles of the five precepts and the five dhamma of Nong Bua Lamphu Province was found to be: 1. Human resource development to abstain from the five precepts with the principles of kindness and compassion. When a person abstains from the five precepts, And develop kindness and compassion by adhering to the principle of having good wishes for others. This will be beneficial to society in three ways: both for your own benefit and for the benefit of others. and benefits for both sides Makes one happy and prosperous. 2. Developing human resources to abstain from adinanathan. With the principles of right livelihood When a person hopes to prosper in their career, they should abstain from Adinnadana. or abandon things that are dishonest, behave fairly in business, in persons, and in objects to be done that will create Happiness and prosperity 3. Developing human resources to abstain from sexual misconduct. With the principle of sensual pleasure When a person is careful in sexual matters One should abstain from misconduct in the children, wives, and husbands of others. One should be careful not to make mistakes. Should be located in a completely secluded place. 4. Developing human resources to abstain from falsehood. With the principles of truth When a human being is complete with truth One should abstain from lying. Set in uprightness, honesty, sincerity, and firmly established in gratitude. 5. Developing human resources by abstaining from Suramerayamajjapamatthana with the principle of mindfulness. When a person is complete with mindfulness and awareness Must abstain from taking all drugs. Be mindful in living life Know the moderation in consumption. There is carelessness as the main principle. Be aware and fully aware of your conduct. Know what they do, how to do it.
