GUIDELINES FOR MANAGING THE AFFAIRS OF THE SANGHA WITH THE PRINCIPLES OF BUDDHISM PHRA SANGHA OF BUENG KAN PROVINCE

Abstract
Guidelines for managing the affairs of the Sangha with Buddhist principles of the Sangha of Bueng Kanmi Province are as follows: 1) Administrative aspect Follow the Dhamma and discipline, laws, regulations, orders, with the principle of Aparihaniyadhamma. to integrate 2) religious education Arrange the study of the religious teachings of the Sangha. Including encouraging monks and novices to study the Dhamma in every way. The three principles are integrated with morality, concentration, and wisdom. 3) Educational welfare. Providing education that focuses on instilling morality and ethics in children and youth. To have knowledge and understanding of the principles of Buddhism. with the principles of Sangkhatthu integrated into it. 4) Propagation of Buddhism by announcing Buddhism to make people aware. So that the people will have knowledge and understanding of the Dhamma principles and then submit to them. Can be put into practice There are principles of Buddhist teaching methods integrated. 5) Public utilities. Carry out work related to the development of temple buildings and facilities. and environment including restoration Preservation and construction of religious objects in the temple with the principles of Brahmavihāra integrated There is growth, improvement, physical development. social development mental development and development of wisdom 6) Public welfare, carrying out work to help society both mentally and materially in various forms with the principles of Saraniyadhamma integrated into the welfare that provides assistance to the public which demonstrates hospitability.
