Abstract
Research on local development by Sisaket Rajabhat University as a mentor to support and promote the teaching and learning model "Innovative Learning" to bring learners into the 21st century. It was found that: 1. The role of the university as a mentor to support local teaching and learning in the "Innovative Learning" teaching and learning model is: Teacher training: The university organizes training to increase modern teaching skills, such as using technology and designing activities that promote 21st century skills. Technology support: Apply modern technology to teaching and learning in schools and provide technological resources to local schools. Research and development: Support research to develop innovative teaching methods and appropriate learning assessment tools. Academic collaboration: Establishing collaboration between universities and schools to exchange knowledge and experiences Creating a learning environment: Promoting the design of learner-focused learning activities, such as project-based learning and exploration 2. Teaching models that teachers must adjust their roles in designing learning activities or learning management processes, including changing the role of teachers: changing from lecturers to learning facilitators, emphasizing collaborative learning and the use of technology. Impact on learners: helping learners develop sustainable learning skills and digital skills, including increasing learning flexibility. The role of universities: organizing training and workshops to support teachers in designing innovative learning processes.
