THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN GOVERNANCE-BASED ADMINISTRATION OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS AND THE EFFECTIVENESS OF SCHOOLS UNDER THE SAMUT SONGKHRAM PRIMARY EDUCATION SERVICES AREA OFFICE

Abstract
The objectives of this research are to: 1) study the level of overnance-based administration of school administrators under the Samut Songkhram Primary Education Services Area Office, 2) study the level of effectiveness of schools under the Samut Songkhram Primary Education Services Area Office, and 3) examine the relationship between governance-based administration of school administrators and the effectiveness of schools under the Samut Songkhram Primary Education Services Area Office.The research findings revealed that: 1) the overall level of governance-based administration of school administrators under the Samut Songkhram Primary Education Services Area Office was high. When considered by aspect, it was high in all aspects, with the highest average in the aspect of cost-effectiveness, followed by the aspect of the rule of law, and the lowest average in the aspect of ethics. 2) The overall level of effectiveness of schools under the Samut Songkhram Primary Education Services Area Office was high. When considered by aspect, it was high in all aspects, with the highest average in the ability to develop students with a positive attitude, followed by the ability to adapt and develop the school, and the lowest average in the ability to produce students with high academic achievement. 3) There was a high positive correlation between the governance-based administration of school administrators and the effectiveness of schools under the Samut Songkhram Primary Education Services Area Office, with a statistically significant correlation at the .01 level.
