THE GUIDELINES FOR MANAGING RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN SCHOOLS AND COMMUNITIES OF SCHOOLS UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF NONTHABURI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE, AREA 2

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to 1) to Study of relationship management between schools and communities of schools under the jurisdiction of Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, and 2) to compare the opinions of relationship management between schools and communities of schools under the jurisdiction of Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, classified by position, age, education level, and school size. The sample consisted of Basic Educational Institutions Committee, totaling 5 and 305 educational institution administrators and teachers under the jurisdiction of Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, were obtained by using a stratified random sampling.The research instrument was a interview and questionnaire form. The data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, and LSD.The research results were as follow: 1) The guidelines for managing relationships between schools and communities of schools under the jurisdiction of Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2 was at a high level in overall 2) the opinions of the guidelines for managing relationships between schools and communities of schools under the jurisdiction of Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2, classified by position, education level, age were not difference and school size were statistically significant at the level of .05  and 3) Guidelines for managing relationships between schools and the school community reveal that school administrators will analyze the needs of the community. Organizing activities to allow interaction between the school and the community, be friendly  and involving the community in school development. A network of alumni clubs has been created. and use social media channels to publicize news to the community
