SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION ACCORDING TO THE PRINCIPLES OF SĀRĀṆĪYADHAMMA 6 BY SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS IN THE CHIANGKLOM EDUCATION QUALITY GROUP UNDER THE LOEI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

Abstract

This research aimed to: 1) To study the current state of school administration by school administrators. 2) To study the administration of schools according to the principles of Sārāṇīyadhamma 6 by school administrators and 3) To propose guidelines for school administration according to the principles of Sārāṇīyadhamma 6 by school administrators in the Chiangklom Education Quality Group under the Office of Loei Primary Educational Service Area 1. The research results were as follows: 1. The overall state of school administration by school administrators in the Chiangklom Education Quality Group under the Office of Loei Primary Educational Service Area 1 is at the highest level. When considering individual aspects, it was found that three aspects are at the highest level, while personnel management is at a high level. The ranking from highest to lowest is as follows: academic administration, general administration, budget administration, and personnel administration. 2. The administration of schools according to the principles of Sārāṇīyadhamma 6 by school administrators in the Chiangklom Education Quality Group under the Office of Loei Primary Educational Service Area 1 is generally at a high level. The average ratings, ranked from highest to lowest, are as follows: administration based on physical acts of kindness (mettā-kāyakamma), administration based on consensus in views (diṭṭhi-sāmaññatā), administration based on mental acts of kindness (mettā-mano-kamma), administration based on moral conduct (sīla-sāmaññatā), administration based on communal sharing (sādhāraṇa-bhogī), and administration based on verbal acts of kindness (mettā-vācī-kamma), respectively.
