Abstract
The purpose of this research were to (1) to study the strategic leadership in 21stcentury of school administrators (2) to compare the strategic leadership in 21st century of school administrators classified by position, experience and size of the school and (3) to study the guidelines for the development of the strategic leadership in 21st century of school administrators. The findings indicated that: 1) The level of administrators’ strategic leadership for the 21st century in school administrators under Ubonratchathani primary educational service area office 5 showed that totally at the total and each high level. 2) Teachers’ and school administrators’ opinions toward the strategic leadership in 21st century of school administrators under Ubonratchathani primary educational service area office 5 classified by position and size of the school were different statistically significant at the .01 level and Teachers’ and school administrators’ opinions toward the strategic leadership in 21st century of school administrators under Ubonratchathani primary educational service area office 5 classified by experience had on difference. 3) The guidelines for the development of the strategic leadership in 21st century of school administrators under Ubonratchathani primary educational service area office 5 have identified that in crucial to establishing organizational direction, ensuring a transparent organizational vision. Fostering an organizational culture involves leading by example, instilling a commitment to quality work. On creative and revolutionary thinking, enabling adaptability and the courage to innovate within established frameworks. On managing organizational resources, administrators must adeptly oversee educational resources to engender value. And on moral and ethics, must uphold moral and ethical standards, serving as exemplary models for others. and promote a culture of kindness and understanding among practitioners
