In Chinese society, discussing sexual education with children aged 5 to 8 presents unique challenges due to cultural sensitivities and societal norms. This paper proposes the creation of an interactive card board game specifically tailored to facilitate parent-child communication on sexual education topics within this age group. The game aims to provide a comfortable and engaging platform for Chinese parents and children to navigate discussions surrounding body awareness, personal boundaries, and healthy relationships. By incorporating culturally appropriate imagery, language, and gameplay mechanics, the card board game seeks to overcome cultural taboos and encourage open dialogue in a non-threatening manner. Drawing upon principles of child development, educational psychology, and cultural sensitivity, the design prioritizes age-appropriate content and interactive learning experiences. Through collaborative gameplay and structured discussion prompts, the card board game fosters mutual understanding and empowerment for both parents and children in navigating the complexities of sexual education. This paper outlines the theoretical framework guiding the design process, addresses potential cultural considerations and challenges, and proposes strategies for effective implementation and dissemination of the card board game within Chinese communities.
