THE STUDY OF SCHOOL ORGANIZATIONAL HEALTH IN PRAWET DISTRICT UNDER BANGKOK METROPOLITAN ADMINISTRATION

Abstract
The objectives of this study were 1) To study the level of school organizational health in Prawet district under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. 2) To compare the level of school organizational health classified by gender, work experience and school size in Prawet district under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration.3) To study the approach to improving the school organizational health in Prawet district under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The tool used was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with a reliability of 0.96. In the 2022 academic year, a total of 216 students were randomized using cluster Sampling.The statistics used for data analysis included percentages, averages, standard deviations and analysis using independent sample t-test and One-Way ANOVA. The results of the study found that 1) The level of school organizational health in Prawet district, affiliated with Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, as a whole, was at a high level. The aspects with a high level were happy coexistence of teacher, moral support, resource support, leadership influence, communication in school, and school leadership respectively. 2)The comparison of school organizational health by gender, work experience had no statistically significant difference except school size. It was found that school leadership, leadership influence, morale support, happy coexistence of teacher, academic focus and communication in school. Had a statistically significant difference at the .05 level. However, resource support and academic focus had no statistically insignificant differences at the .05 level. 3) The most recommended approach to school organizational health development was happy coexistence of teachers. Besides, it was found that school director should encourage teachers to affectionate and generosity to each other.
