The purpose of this study is to obtain first-hand information about the presidents leadership of private universities in Yunnan through empirical investigation, to explore the internal influencing factors of the presidents leadership of private universities in Yunnan, to take Yunnan private universities as the research context, to take the presidents of private universities in Yunnan as the research subject, and to explore the internal influencing factors of the presidents leadership of private universities in Yunnan, and explore the relationship between its internal factors and the leadership of presidents, based on the existing research on private university presidents and presidents' leadership relationship by scholars, and based on the relevant literature on the leadership of private university presidents, leadership trait theory, etc. Through expert interviews, data collection, and analysis, to explore effective strategies to improve the leadership of presidents of private universities in Yunnan. Provide reference for research related to president leadership, and make positive contributions to the sustainable development of private universities in Yunnan and the improvement of the level of higher education in Yunnan.
