GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION DEVELOPMENT OF INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCE USING THE COMMUNITY BASED DEVELOPMENT : A CASE STUDY OF BANNONGCHIANGTOON SCHOOL

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study the conditions and problems of the internal quality assurance in Bannongchiangtoon School by using the community based learning. And to study the guidelines for developing the internal quality assurance in Bannongchiangtoon School by using the community based learning. The main informant in the study by interviewing were the school committee, the parents' representatives in the 1^st tier, the community representatives(village headmen), the leaders of the 8 learning areas, and the student representatives in the 1^st tier.  And the focus group discussion of education were the chairman of the school committee, the school director, the educational institution quality assurance supervisors, the community representatives(Subdistrict Administrative Organization) and the parents' representatives in the 2^nd tier. The student representatives in the 2^nd tier collected data by document analysizing, context observation, interview and focus group discussion. Analyzed the data by classifying and organizing the data to understand the meaning and significance of the phenomenon from the point of view of the researcher (A Native Category Approach). The research findings were. 1) Conditions and problems of the internal quality assurance in   Bannongchiang toon School by using the community based learning. The data was analyzed by analyzing documents to study the conditions and problems that supported the internal quality assurance systems in the educational institutions. Presidential observations to find the general context of the school interviews were then taken from document analysis and contextual presidential observations to find the issues that can be used in the focus group discussions in order to gain in-depth information until the conclusions are drawn that guide the development of the internal quality assurance. 2) Guidelines for the Internal Quality Assurance in Bannongchiangtoon School by using the community based learning were to analyzed the data according to the basic education standards for the internal quality assurance by the Office of the Basic Education Commission. Ministry of Education which consists of 4 aspects: Education Administration and management, teaching the quality of students and developing a professional learning community.
