The innovative management development of a non-formal and informal education center Lang Suan District, Chumphon Province

Abstract

This research aimed to : (1) verified  of innovative management development of a non-formal and informal education center  Lang Suan District, Chumphon Province. (2) compare attitude of respondents toward innovative management development of a non-formal and informal education center via demographics factors. (3) explain correlation between innovative management development of a non-formal and informal education center  with affecting factors.

          This was quantitative research. Sample were 300 civil workers, government employees, and students. Questionnaires were data collection tool, analytical statistical were percentages mean standard deviation  t test and ANOVA F  pearson coefficient The Findings were as follows; 1) innovative management development of a non-formal and informal education center were highest level.2) There were statistical significant difference among respondents attitude toward innovative management development of a non-formal and informal education center.3) correlation between innovative management development of a non-formal and informal education center  was statistical positive correlated with affecting factors at .01 level.
