DEMAND MISMATCH AND ADJUSTMENT IN SCHOOL–ENTERPRISE COOPERATION OF BORDERLAND ART VET: AN EMPIRICAL STUDY UNDER A “THREE-DIMENSIONAL DEMAND–CULTURAL CAPITAL” FRAMEWORK

บทคัดย่อ
This study examined school–enterprise cooperation in borderland art vocational education (VET) under a “Three-Dimensional Demand–Cultural Capital” framework. A mixed-methods triangulation design was adopted, combining questionnaires (n = 112), semi-structured interviews (n = 18), and policy text analysis (n = 7). The findings revealed two major expectation–satisfaction gaps—dual-qualification teacher development (GAP = 1.76) and commercial performance experience (GAP = 1.88)—while brand co-building showed a relatively small gap. To address these mismatches, a cultural-broker mechanism and an integrated “curriculum–practicum–event platform” pathway was proposed. The study contributes an explanatory mechanism and actionable implications by integrating cultural capital theory, the triple helix model, and transformational leadership to explain the emergence and mitigation of demand mismatches in borderland art VET.
