Abstract
The purpose of this article 1) School Administration according to the Good Governance according to the Opinions of Administrators and Teachers under the Office of Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area 2, and 2.) Compare the School Administration according to Good Governance according to the Opinions of Administrators and Teachers under the Office of Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area 2, classified by position, educational, work experience, and school size. The sample group for this study consists of 313 administrators and teachers under the Office of Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area 2 for the academic year 2024. A stratified random sampling method was used, with data collected via questionnaires. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). The research results were found as follows; 1) The overall level of School Administration according to the Good Governance according to the Opinions of Administrators and Teachers under the Office of Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area 2, across five dimensions, is at the highest level. and 2) In comparing the School Administration according to the Good Governance according to the Opinions of Administrators and Teachers under the Office of Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area 2 when classified by position, work experience, and school size, there was a statistically significant difference at the .05 level. When classified by educational had not difference.
