Guidelines for digital leadership development of school administrators under the secondary educational service area office loei Nong bua lam phu

Abstract
This study aims to investigate the current state, desirable conditions, essential requirements, and development approaches for the digital leadership competency of school administrators affiliated with the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Loei Nong Bua Lamphu. The research sample includes 325 administrators and teachers, 7 experts, and 30 assessors. The research methodology employs a questionnaire with a five-level Likert scale, yielding an index of congruence ranging from 0.80 to 1.00 and a reliability level of 0.93. Additionally, interviews and approach assessments are conducted. Statistical analyses include frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and the necessity index.
The research findings indicate:
1. The current state of digital leadership competency among school administrators affiliated with the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Loei, Nong Bua Lamphu, is generally at a high level. Specifically, the overall desirable conditions are at the highest level, with the most desired state being the ability to use digital tools vigorously (PNI Modified 0.34).
2. Development approaches for digital leadership competency among school administrators in the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Loei, Nong Bua Lamphu, consist of 5 dimensions with a total of 17 approaches. These dimensions include: 1) Digital tool proficiency with 3 approaches, 2) Data utilization skills with 3 approaches, 3) Integration of data into strategic planning and quality management by the school administrators with 3 approaches, 4) Visionary leadership with 4 approaches, and 5) Cultivating learning culture in the digital world with 4 approaches.
