COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN DRIVING “BOWON” TO BE STRONG ACCORDING TO THE GUIDELINES OF THE TEMPLE PEOPLE AND STATE FOR HAPPINESS CREATION THROUGH 5S ACTIVITIES

Abstract

The participation of the community in driving the “Strength Bowon” in accordance with the Temple People State happiness creation 5 S activities, were : 1) clear 2) convenient 3) clean 4) establishing standards 5) creating discipline, to encourage temples, houses, schools and other agencies to participate in 5S activities, with the temple as the center of the community which will cause automatic behavior through the key factors that help to succeed, including policy continuity and stimulating the implementation of the 5S procedure, were the establishment of the 5S committee, the announcement of the 5S policy, surveying the area preparation of improvement plans a large cleaning inspects the area and concludes follow-up assessments on a regular basis, the criteria were: 1) create a standard, 2) create a good standard, 3) create an outstanding standard, and 4) create an excellent standard. So, this article is to study 1) the concept of community participation in driving the “Strength Bowon” according to the Temple People State happiness creation 5S activities 2) the approach to participating in the driving of the “Strength Bowon” community according to the Temple People State happiness creation 5S activities as follows: 2.1) participation of “Bowon” in analytical thinking and planning 2.2) participation in implementing the plan in implementing the Temple People State happiness creation 5S activities 2.3) participation in the assessment results and mutual benefits, to be perfect in all aspects, including physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual wisdom, now and in the future.
