Abstract
The objective of this academic article is to present the strategy for administration of modern educational institutions. I had studied and synthesized Thai and foreign literature. and Thai education policy. STARTUPS Model is a strategy of educational management in the 21st century.The era of rapid change and advanced technology. Which has the following components Importing factors include S:Smart Enterprises and T:Technology & innovation. Process: A: Achievement, R:Research, T:Team, and U:Universal, results in P:Product (learner characteristics 3RsX8Cs) and S:Sustainable The STARTUPS Model is a strategy that has strong points, namely Is the management of modern schools that use technology and innovation to drive Under the operational process aimed at achieving results by using research as a base To develop learners' potential in accordance with the Thailand 4.0 paradigm to international standards.
