Abstract

ABSTRACT

            Women is play an important role in organizational management with many unique traits that

make them effective leaders such as prudence, attention to detail, and the ability to relate to others. Women leaders in the 21st century need additional skills and qualities in creativity, innovation, and adaptability. These qualified women leaders can drive organizations to success by using intelligence wisely, wide-sighted, and far-sighted in the vision of the organization, and constantly seeking new knowledge. The qualities of female leaders mentioned will make subordinates have faith, acceptance, trust, and be persuaded to perform their duties to achieve common goals. Ethics can be used as basis for thinking and practice. All of these will make administrative operations successful in line with the context of modern social development. Another important aspect of women's leadership today is to form partnerships and networks to help lead organizations toward their goals. Additionally, it creates the participation of people in the organization since leaders are unable to make decisions alone. They should allow executives or personnel related to that matter to participate in decision-making to assess the risk of the decision. Such participation reduces the negative impact caused by mismanagement and helps to develop the organization to drive efficiently.
