                This paper proposes six principles for working happily and successfully. These principles are: 1) Show love and compassion to yourself and others. 2) Use words that are beneficial and kind in communication with others. 3) Cultivate thoughts that are full of compassion and understanding. 4) to share any lawful gains with virtuous fellows

5) Be disciplined. 6) Work towards a common goal.

The application of these virtues for fraternal living can lead to desirable outcomes, including: Promoting love and understanding in the workplace. Creating happiness for individuals and organizations. Fostering sacrifice and cooperation within society. Cultivating unity in teamwork. Achieving the goal of working happily. And ultimately, create sustainable peace in society.
