INNOVATIVE LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER PHRAE PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

Abstract
This article aimed to study 1) to study the innovative leadership of school administrators under the Phrae Primary Educational Service Area Office 2; and 2) to compare the innovative leadership of these administrators classified by gender, age, work experience, and school size. The research sample consisted of 254 school administrators and teachers under the Phrae Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample size was determined using Krejcie and Morgan’s table, and the participants were selected through stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire focused on the innovative leadership of school administrators. Data analysis was performed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test, and One-way ANOVA. Post-hoc comparisons were conducted using the Scheffé method where statistically significant differences were found. The result of the study found that: 1) The innovative leadership of school administrators under the Phrae Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was overall at a high level. Specifically, the "Visionary Change" dimension had the highest mean score, while the "Teamwork and Participation" dimension had the lowest mean score. 2) The comparison of innovative leadership revealed that personnel with different genders and from different school sizes showed no significant differences in their overall opinions toward the innovative leadership of school administrators. However, personnel with different ages and work experiences showed statistically significant differences at the .05 level in their opinions toward the innovative leadership of school administrators, both overall and in all individual dimensions
