Guidance Administration Based on Kalyanamitra VII in Benja – Pakasai Cluster Schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Trang Krabi

Abstract
This research article aimed to 1 study the conditions of guidance operations in schools within the Benja Pakasai Cluster under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Trang Krabi 2 examine the guidelines for guidance administration based on the Seven Qualities of Kalyanamitta in schools within the Benja Pakasai Cluster under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Trang Krabi and 3 propose and evaluate the guidelines for guidance administration based on the Seven Qualities of Kalyanamitta in schools within the Benja Pakasai Cluster under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Trang Krabi. This study employed a qualitative research methodology. Data were collected through in depth interviews with 15 stakeholders in depth interviews with 5 experts and a focus group discussion with 7 qualified participants. Data were analyzed using inductive analysis and focus group evaluation. The findings revealed that 1 schools implemented all five guidance services with integration of individual data and technology to support educational and career planning. However limitations were found including insufficient personnel especially the shortage of guidance teachers incomplete and outdated individual data limited access to information constraints in resources for individual placement and lack of continuity in follow up. 2 the guidelines for guidance administration based on the Seven Qualities of Kalyanamitta consisted of six steps namely policy and direction setting system and process design roles and responsibilities determination resource and tool support implementation and participation promotion and supervision monitoring and continuous development. These were under the framework of the Seven Qualities of Kalyanamitta which include Piyo being pleasant Guru being respectable Bhavaniyo being knowledgeable Vatta being able to explain and persuade Vajanakkhamo being patient and not easily angered Gambhiranca kathang katta being able to simplify complex matters and No chatthane niyochaye not leading others to deterioration in order to ensure systematic and effective administration. 3 the results of the proposal and evaluation by experts indicated that the guidelines were feasible appropriate and useful.
