Promoting the Operations of Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospitals after the Transfer of the Roi Et Provincial Administrative Organization

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study Promoting the Operations of Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospitals after the Transfer of the Roi Et Provincial Administrative Organization. 2) to compare the Promoting the Operations of Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospitals after the Transfer of the Roi Et Provincial Administrative Organization, classified by gender, age, position, and educational level. 3) to examine recommendations for Promoting the Operations of Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospitals after the Transfer of the Roi Et Provincial Administrative Organization. The sample consisted of 302 administrators/directors and operational staff. The research instrument was a five-point rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, as well as t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), and content analysis. The results show that: 1) The overall level of Promoting the Operations of Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospitals after the Transfer of the Roi Et Provincial Administrative Organization was at a high level. The aspects ranked from the highest to the lowest mean scores were administrative structure, internal management of the Provincial Administrative Organization, personnel participation in decision-making, support from the Provincial Administrative Organization, budget and resources, policy and supervision, and personnel development. 2) A comparison of the Promoting the Operations of Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospitals after the Transfer of the Roi Et Provincial Administrative Organization revealed that there were statistically significant differences by gender at the .05 level, while no statistically significant differences were found by age, position and educational level. 3) It was recommended that the management system should be developed to be clear, unified, and flexible. Adequate budget, resources, and technology should be provided, and personnel should be given opportunities to participate in planning and decision-making. Clear policies and transparent governance mechanisms should be established, along with monitoring and evaluation processes. Additionally, the administrative structure should be adjusted to ensure appropriateness and effectiveness.
