Abstract

The purpose of this research is 1) to study current conditions desirable condition and the need for the development of volunteer spirit learners In a new way of life in the New Normal era for educational institutions 2) To create a learner development strategy on volunteer spirit in the new normal life in the New Normal era for schools under the Khon Kaen Secondary Educational Service Area Office. The research results are as follows

            1). Necessary needs for the development of learners in volunteering in the new way of life in the New Normal era for affiliated educational institutions. Khon Kaen Secondary Educational Service Area Office found that the aspect with the highest needs index is self-consciousness, followed by the network of online volunteer spirits and determination to develop, respectively. 2) Strategies for the development of learners in volunteerism in the new way of life in the New Normal era for educational institutions under the jurisdiction. Khon Kaen Secondary Educational Service Area Office consists of 7 objectives, 4 main strategies, 14 sub-strategies, and 4 projects. Khon Kaen Secondary Educational Service Area Office found that it was accurate. possibility and the usefulness is at the highest level.
