Abstract

Educational Management for Pali Buddhist Education through the Royal Summer Novice Ordination Project: "22 Days of Awakening Curriculum involves studying, researching, analyzing, and synthesizing relevant academic theories, research, and data to develop sustainable Dhamma heirs. This is achieved through a systematic and continuous integration of plans, finances, and human resources, based on four educational approaches: 1) Adjusting the mindset to be open to integrated work, fostering self-learning, learning about others, learning about the community, teamwork, and group power to learn self-analysis, teamwork, and strengthening relationships; 2) Utilizing the power of the community (home, temple, school, community) to drive community development, community resources, and community strengthening, identifying and jointly analyzing community resources, and broadening perspectives on the future of the community. 3) Strategic thinking, learning basic community development strategies. The project involved strengths, weaknesses, threats, opportunities, and brainstorming  to design community development activities. 4) Knowledge for Management (KM for M), involved extracting lessons learned, evaluating strengths and weaknesses of the implementation, and identifying areas for future improvement.

This included effective management practices for success and a commitment to implementation. Collaboration with local networks was crucial by the temple serving as

a central hub connecting all sectors to expand community development in other dimensions or projects, further strengthening the community.
