Abstract
This research article aims to: 1) Study the motivational conditions for teachers and educational personnel in the Buddhist Studies School, General Education Department, Area 10. 2) Study the methods of creating motivation for teachers and educational personnel to work according to the principles of good governance in the Buddhist Studies School, General Education Department, Area 10 and 3) Propose guidelines for creating motivation for teachers and educational personnel in the Buddhist Studies School, General Education Department, Area 10, to work according to the principles of good governance. This research is a mixed-method research. The sample group totaling 156 people. The tools used for data collection were a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using percentages, means, and standard deviations. The key informants consisted of 9 experts. The data were collected using a specific method. The tools used for data collection were interviews and descriptive content analysis techniques.
The research results found that : 1) Motivation for teachers and educational personnel in the Buddhist Studies School, General Education Department, Area 10, is at a high level in all aspects. 2) Methods for creating motivation for work according to the principles of good governance: Administrators should manage work transparently, give teachers opportunities to participate, acknowledge the importance of teachers, give teachers freedom to use their creativity, support them in achieving work goals, and equally acknowledge and appreciate teachers' work. 3) The results of the evaluation of the guidelines for creating motivation for teachers to work according to the principles of good governance were at the highest level overall. When considering each aspect, it was found that the benefit aspect had the highest average value, followed by the appropriateness aspect and the possibility aspect.
