The development of administrative abilities in the bachelor of education program of Thai teaching program at Mahamakut Buddhist University Roi Et Campus

Abstract

       The development of administration competence is at the heart of development Administration, if the development is lacking in administrative capacity. Development will fail. Because the management system cannot meet the needs of the people. The main cause is the problem of the bureaucracy such as the bureaucracy is large, has a lot of delay, and cannot be implemented. Currently, curriculum management has changed its approach to solving problems by adopting curriculum management methods by analyzing curriculum management information and setting strategies to suit curriculum management problems and needs. There are two strategies used to improve curriculum service performance: Seeking a network of cooperation, knowledge management and curriculum management to lay the foundation for long-term change. In this regard, there are 5 aspects of the factors that affect the needs of the curriculums follows : The modern aspect of the curriculum,undergraduate students, Bachelor’s  degree graduates, graduate producer, graduate users based on the analysis of stakeholder data, the researcher therefore proposes an improvement by adding 2 new subjects: Literature Learning Management, Production of teaching materials in Thai language. The opinions of the stakeholders on the knowledge and competence of graduates in the program are classified into 2 groups: the moderate group and the most group. The middle group had 2 issues: knowledge and ability to solve problems of learners systematically have comprehension skills Implementation according to teacher. And the most group has 7 items, such as knowledge and proficiency in Thai. Have knowledge, ability and skills in learning management in the field of Thai language teaching. Have life skills and a good sense of national, religious and monarchical institutions.
