Guidelines for developing participatory management skills for school administrators Schools under the Chaiyaphum Provincial Administrative Organization

Abstract
This research article aims to: 1. Study the current and desired conditions of participatory management of school administrators under the Chaiyaphum Provincial Administrative Organization; 2. Study the guidelines for developing participatory management skills of school administrators under the Chaiyaphum Provincial Administrative Organization; and 3. Evaluation of the guidelines for developing participatory management skills of school administrators, schools under the Chaiyaphum Provincial Administrative Organization. This research is a mixed research method divided into 3 phases. Phase 1: Study of the current situation and the desired situation. The population in the study is school administrators and teachers, academic year 2022, numbering 681 people from 26 schools. The sample group used in the research is school administrators and teachers, schools under the Chaiyaphum Provincial Administrative Organization, academic year 2022, got the sample group. A total of 245 people. The research tool used was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with a reliability value of 0.934. Data were analyzed using a ready-made statistical program to find frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Phase 2 used a semi-structured interview with 5 experts by selecting specifically. Data was analyzed by content analysis. Phase 3 used a tool to evaluate 3 approaches: appropriateness, feasibility, and usefulness.
The research results found that 1) from the study of the current state of participatory management skills of school administrators in schools under the Chaiyaphum Provincial Administrative Organization, overall, it was at a high level and the desired condition was at the highest level. 2) The guidelines for developing participatory management skills of school administrators in schools under the Chaiyaphum Provincial Administrative Organization found that there were 5 components, confirmed by experts. And 3) the results of the evaluation of the study of the current state and the desired condition of the study of the guidelines for developing participatory management skills of school administrators in schools under the Chaiyaphum Provincial Administrative Organization, overall, it was at a high level.
