Management Based on the Principles of Good Governance of the Nuea Mueang Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Mueang Roi Et District, Roi Et Province

Abstract

         The objectives of this research were 1) to study management based on the principles of good governance of Nuea Mueang Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Mueang Roi Et District, Roi Et Province. 2) to compare the opinions on management based on the principles of good governance in mention classified by gender, age, education level, and work experience. 3) to study recommendations for management based on the principles of good governance of Nuea Mueang Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Mueang Roi Et District, Roi Et Province. The sample group consists of 118 personnel of Nuea Mueang Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Mueang Roi Et District, Roi Et Province. The statistical analyses employed include frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. The statistics used for hypothesis testing include t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), and content analysis.

         The research found that:               

         1) Management based on the principles of good governance of Nuea Mueang Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Mueang Roi Et District, Roi Et Province overall at a high level, 2) The comparison of opinions regarding management based on the principles of good governance of Nuea Mueang Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Mueang Roi Et District, Roi Et Province classified by gender, age, education level, and work experience, revealed no significant differences overall or in each aspect. This finding does not align with the research hypothesis, 3) Recommendations for management based on the principles of good governance of Nuea Mueang Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Mueang Roi Et District, Roi Et Province, (1) include promoting strict adherence to laws and regulations to maintain fairness and correctness in (2) operations; Regularly monitoring and evaluating work performance; and (3) ensuring that operational information, budgets, and performance results are
