School Administration Guidelines for Becoming Educational Innovation Organizations under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2

Abstract
The objectives of this research paper are 1) to study the current situation in the management of educational institutions to become an educational innovation organization, and 2) to propose guidelines for the management of educational institutions to become an educational innovation organization. The research used qualitative research methods, including 52 school administrators, using the method of selecting specific samples (purposive sampling). Open-ended questionnaire and focus group discussion analyzed qualitative data by content analysis. The findings revealed the following: 1)The current situation of school administration under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2 emphasizes the integration of technology and various school management models to enhance educational quality. Most schools implement the PDCA quality management cycle alongside their unique school models. School management is driven by five key aspects: (1) overall school management, (2) integration of technology in school and learning management, (3) curriculum development to meet learners’ needs, (4) promotion of life skills and career guidance, and (5) development of student and staff quality., 2) The proposed guidelines for school administration to become educational innovation organizations consist of five approaches: (1) implementing strategy-based administration using the PDCA quality management cycle, (2) integrating innovation and technology into school and learning management, (3) designing flexible and modern learning experiences to foster future skills and align with global careers, (4) developing personnel to become innovators and creators, and (5) fostering an organizational culture that supports creativity and innovation.
