The Quality of Work Life of Teachers Affecting Academic Administration of Educational Institutions in the Three Southern Border Provinces Area

Abstract
This research aims to 1) study the quality of working life of teachers in the three southern border provinces of Thailand, 2) study the academic administration of schools in the three southern border provinces of Thailand, and 3) study the impact of the quality of working life of teachers on the academic administration of schools in the three southern border provinces of Thailand. The sample group consisted of 331 teachers from schools in the three southern border provinces of Thailand under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Areas, academic year 2023. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistical methods used were frequency and percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis.
The research results found that 1) the quality of working life of teachers in the three southern border provinces was at a high level overall, 2) academic administration of educational institutions in the three southern border provinces was at a high level overall, and 3) teachers’ quality of working life overall affected academic administration of educational institutions in the three southern border provinces overall. Using multiple regression analysis, the results showed a positive effect with a value of (R = 0.830) and a value of (R2 = 0.688) that was statistically significant at the .01 level, which showed that teachers' working life quality affected academic administration of educational institutions in the three southern border provinces.
