Abstract
This study aims to 1) examine management level of KALYANAMITTA DHUMMA administrations under Chiang Rai primary educational serrice area office 3 2) examine school effectiveness under Chiang Rai primary educational serrice area office 3 3) examine The relationship between administration according to KALYANAMITTA DHUMMA administrations with school effectiveness Chiang Rai primary educational serrice area office 3 The sample group consisted of 332 Leadership of School Administrators and teachers under Chiang Rai primary educational serrice area office 3.Instrument of the research is Rating Scale Questionnaire 5 levels. The IOC value was 0.67-1.00 with a discrimination and a confidence value of 0.973. The statistics used in the data analysis were: Frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson correlation coefficient. The findings revealed that KALYANAMITTA DHUMMA administrations of Leadership of School under Chiang Rai primary educational serrice area office 3, as a whole, the overall level was at a high level. Considering each aspect. There are a high level in every aspect. The highest to lowest average value was the leader is attentive, leaders know how to use words, Leaders use words that are profound, Leaders lead in a good direction, Respectable leadership aspect and leaders are patient, respectively.
