Factors Influencing the Administrative Efficiency of the Subdistrict Municipality Nong Sang, Kaeng Khro District Chaiyaphum Province

Abstract

         This research aimed (1) to study the administrative efficiency of Nong Sang Subdistrict Municipality, Kaeng Khro District, Chaiyaphum Province, (2) to study the factors influencing the administrative efficiency of Nong Sang Subdistrict Municipality, Kaeng Khro District, Chaiyaphum Province, and (3) to study the guidelines for developing the administrative efficiency of Nong Sang Subdistrict Municipality, Kaeng Khro District, and Chaiyaphum Province. The research was conducted using both quantitative and qualitative research. The sample consisted of 385 people. The target group consisted of 10 people. The research instruments included questionnaires and interview forms. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, multiple regression analysis using hierarchical variable selection, and description, classification, compilation and analysis of data.

         The research results found that 1) the problem of administrative efficiency of Nong Sang Subdistrict Municipality, Kaeng Khro District, Chaiyaphum Province (overall) was at a moderate level. Considering each aspect, it was found that the responsibility aspect, the organizational atmosphere aspect, and the work performance aspect were, respectively 2) The factors that influenced the administrative efficiency of Nong Sang Subdistrict Municipality, Kaeng Khro District, and Chaiyaphum Province were statistically significant at the .05 level 3) It is necessary to set clear work performance goals in advance. A transparent and verifiable performance evaluation is necessary, etc.
