The relationship between creative leadership of school administrators and academic administration under the office of Krabi Primary Educational Service Area

Abstract

         This research article aims 1) to study the level of creative leadership of school administrators, 2) to study the level of academic administration of school administrators, and 3) to study the relationship between creative leadership of administrators and academic administration under the Office of Krabi Primary Educational Service Area. The population was 2,054 teachers in grades 1-6 in schools under the Office of Krabi Primary Educational Service Area in the academic year 2023. The sample consisted of 322 people using the Krejci and Morgan table. The sample was stratified by school size and then compared the proportions. Simple random sampling was used by drawing lots without putting back. The reliability of the test was found to be 0.984. A questionnaire was used as the data collection tool. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean score, standard deviation, and Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient. The research results revealed that: 1) Educational administrators under the Krabi Primary Educational Service Area Office exhibited the highest level of creative leadership overall, 2) Educational administrators under the Krabi Primary Educational Service Area Office exhibited the highest level of academic administration overall, 3) The overall relationship between creative leadership of educational administrators and academic administration in educational institutions under the Krabi Primary Educational Service Area Office exhibited a high, positive relationship, with statistical significance at the .01 level, with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.908.
