The Model of Development Leadership according to Buddhist of School Principles Affects the Quality of Education Management of the Office of Roi Et Primary Education Service Area 1

Abstract

         The objectives of this dissertation were: (1) To study the elements and indicators of Leadership According to Buddhist of School Principles Affects the Quality of Education Management of the Office of Roi Et Primary Education Service Area 1  (2) To examine the consistency of Leadership According to Buddhist of School Principles Affects the Quality of Education Management of the Office of Roi Et Primary Education Service Area 1 (3) to evaluate the leadership style according to Buddhism of educational institution administrators that affects educational management. Roi Et Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample group used in the research included of 420 school administrators and teachers. The 2 types of instruments used in this research were questionnaires and strategy assessments. The questionnaire had a 5 level rating scale with content validity between 0.80 – 1.00. The confidence value was .96, .87. The statistic used in data analysis included of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory component analysis.                 The results show that: 1) Leadership according to Buddhist principles has 4 main areas, 15 sub-areas, and 82 indicators. Educational management effectiveness has 4 areas, 23 indicators. 2)  Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) by examining the relationship between variables using Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin Measure of Sampling Adequacy (KMO) statistics and Bartlett's Test of Sphericity. Results of the analysis found that every component and indicator There is an appropriate relationship at a good level. Can be used for confirmatory component analysis. 3)  Evaluation of leadership styles according to Buddhist principles of educational institution administrators that affect educational management of Roi Et Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 1, every component and every indicator is appropriate and feasible.
