Ethical Development and Intelligence Promotion Mechanisms for Social Media Literacy

Abstract

         This article aims to study the mechanism of ethics development and promotion of intelligence for literacy in social media in order to use it as a guideline for solving problems from social media or so-called online threats. It should receive cooperation from parents, educational institutions, relevant agencies, and should have appropriate budget support. There should be a project for organizing continuous activities with lecturers who can lay the foundation of ethics before entering the training lessons, present important points in presenting online threats, extract lessons from activities and problems, and provide appropriate problem-solving guidelines. This can enable project participants to understand and know how to solve problems related to online threats, such as understanding illegal/dangerous content, being bullied and stalked online, being addicted to games, and being sexually enticed, etc. The project implementation steps are as follows: Step 1: Man = personnel management, Step 2: Materials = resource or material management, Step 3: Money = budget allocation, Step 4: Management = project management to create unity in living together, knowing how to forgive, not speaking ill of each other, respecting each other, seeking common ground, and reserving differences, so that different societies can coexist peacefully.
