The Relationship between Work Motivation of Teachers and School Effectiveness under Songkhla City Municipality

Abstract
The purpose of this research article were to study 1) Work Motivation of teachers under Songkhla City Municipality 2) School Effectiveness under Songkhla City Municipality 3) The relationship between Work Motivation of teachers and School Effectiveness under Songkhla City Municipality. The population was 370 persons. The sample used in study using the table of Krejcie & Morgan and use a simple random method by sampling without replacement. The research instrument used for data collection was a 5-level estimation questionnaire with index of constructus : IOC 1.00. The reliability of part 2 were .893 and part 3 were .916. The statistics used in the data analysis were to find the Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation , Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient Analysis
The result of the study were as follows : 1) Work Motivation of teachers under Songkhla City Municipality. The overall and each aspect at a high level ( = 4.46, S.D. = .24). The sort order of the average from high to low ; Work achievement, Responsibility, Job Description , Work progress, Recognition, 2) School Effectiveness under Songkhla City Municipality. The overall and each aspect at a high level ( = 4.49, S.D. = .25). The sort order of the average from high to low ; the ability to develop students to have a positive attitude, the ability to produce students with high academic achievement, the ability adjust to environment and the ability to solve problems with in the school, respectively. 3) The relationship between Work Motivation of teachers and School Effectiveness under Songkhla City Municipality, overall there high positive related with a statistic significance at the level of .01 (rxy = .772).
