Abstract
The purpose of this research article was to study the utilization of External Quality Assurance results in basic education school under Chiang Rai primary educational service area office 4 and to compare the utilization of External Quality Assurance results in basic education school under Chiang Rai primary educational service area office 4 on the opinions of school personnel by using status and work experience. The sampling group this study consisted of 302 people, including school administrators and teachers, under
the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 4. The sample size was determined using Krejcie and Morgan's formula and a multi-stage sampling method. The research tool were 5 scale questionnaires. The item questions had an Index of Item-Objective Congruence (IOC) ranging from 0.67 to 1.00 and a reliability coefficient of 0.978. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Independent t-test, and One Way ANOVA.
The results of the study were as follow:
1. The result of studying the utilization of External Quality Assurance results in basic education school found that in over all were at high level. When considering aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average value was the aspect of development of educational institution management quality and the aspect of development of learning management quality, while the aspect with the lowest average value was the aspect of learning outcomes.
2. The result of comparing the utilization of External Quality Assurance results in basic education school categorized by status and work experience found that personnel in educational institutions with different statuses and work experiences had no different opinions on the use of external quality assurance results in basic education institutions at the .05 level of significance.
