Abstract
The objectives of this research are 1) to study participatory management based on the four principles of adhitthadhamma by school administrators under the yasothon primary educational service area office 2, 2) to compare the opinions on participatory management based on the four principles of adhitthadhamma by school administrators under the yasothon primary educational service area office 2, classified by position Education level and work experience, and 3) to gather suggestions on school administrators under the yasothon primary educational service area office 2. The sample group consists of 320 members of educational institution administrators and teachers. The research instrument used is a questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale, ranging from 0.67 to 1.00 for validity, and with a reliability coefficient of .94.
The results showed that (1) Participatory management level according to the 4 Dhamma prayers of educational institution administrators. Under the jurisdiction of the Yasothon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, the overall level is at a high level. When considering each aspect Arranged from highest to lowest average, including participation in receiving benefits. Participation in operations Participation in evaluation and participation in decision making. (2) Results of comparing the level of opinions towards participatory management according to the 4 prayer principles of educational institution administrators. Classified by position Overall there is no difference. Classified by educational background and work experience Overall, they were significantly different at the .05 level. (3) Guidelines for participatory management according to the 4 principles of aspiration of educational institution administrators. In the aspect of participation in decision making, there are 2 approaches. In the aspect of participation in receiving benefits, there are 2 approaches. In the aspect of participation in evaluation, there are 4 approaches. In the aspect of participation in operations, there are 3 approaches. Total 13 approaches.
