Abstract

         The purposes of this research article were: 1) To study The Integration of FOUR Paths to Accomplishment in Public Participation in the Operations of Nam Sai Subdistrict Administrative Organization. JaturaphakPhiman District Roi Et Province. 2) To compare The Integration of FOUR Paths to Accomplishment in Public Participation in the Operations of Nam Sai Subdistrict Administrative Organization, classified by gender, age, education level, and occupation. 3) To study recommendations for The Integration of FOUR Paths to Accomplishment in Public Participation in the Operations of Nam Sai Subdistrict Administrative Organization. It is a quantitative research (Descriptive Study). The population used in the research Including people aged 18 years whose names are in the civil registration. In the area of ​​Nam Sai Subdistrict Administrative Organization Chaturaphak Phiman District Roi Et Province, population 4,032 people There will be a sample size of 354 people. The tool used to collect data is a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with content validity equal to 0.67-1.00 and reliability equal to .97.

         The research results found that:

         3. Suggestions found that people should be given an opportunity to participate in decision-making or hold a referendum to solve problems in the community.
