Abstract
The objectives of this research are 1) to study Administrative Skills Based on Prejudice Principles Affecting under Yasothon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, 2) to study The Effectiveness of Schools by School Administrators under Yasothon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. and 3) to find the relationship between Administrative Skills Based on Prejudice Principles Affecting The Effectiveness of Schools by School Administrators under Yasothon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample group consists of 317 members of Educational institution administrators and teachers. The research instrument used is a questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale, ranging from 0.67 to 1.00 for validity, and with a reliability coefficient of .89.
The results showed that 1. Administrative Skills Based on Prejudice Principles Affecting under Yasothon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, the overall level is at a high level. Arranged from highest to lowest averages, they are interpersonal skills (X3), conceptual skills (X1), and technical skills (X2), respectively.
- Effectiveness of the educational institution Under the jurisdiction of the Yasothon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, the overall level is at a high level. The averages from highest to lowest are academic administration (Y1), general administration (Y4), personnel administration (Y3), and budget management (Y2), respectively.
3. The relationship between Administrative Skills Based on Prejudice Principles Affecting The Effectiveness of Schools by School Administrators under Yasothon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, Overall, there is a positive relationship (r=0.950) with statistical significance at the .01 level, which is consistent with the set assumptions
