Role in Message Public Relations and Political Campaign of Kham Pia Subdistrict Administrative Organization Pho Chai District Roi Et Province

Abstract

This thesis has the following objectives:To study the role of public relations and political campaigning of the Khampia Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Pho Chai District, Roi Et Province.To compare the level of public relations and political campaigning roles of the Khampia Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Pho Chai District, Roi Et Province, classified by gender, age, education level, and occupation.To explore recommendations for improving public relations and political campaigning of the Khampia Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Pho Chai District, Roi Et Province.The sample group totaling 360 individuals. The research instrument used is a questionnaire. The statistical methods for data analysis include frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and inferential statistics such as t-test and one-way ANOVA.

Results of the research manifested the following findings: 1) The overall role of public relations and political campaigning by the Khampia Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Pho Chai District, Roi Et Province, is at a moderate level. When considered by specific aspects, all four areas are also at a moderate level, ranked from highest to lowest average scores as follows: public relations and campaigning for voter turnout, participation in political activities, involvement in local political development, and participation in local political oversight. 2)The hypothesis testing results show that people of different genders, ages, education levels, and occupations have no significant differences in their opinions regarding the role of public relations and political campaigning of the Khampia Subdistrict Administrative Organization, both overall and in specific aspects. This finding does not support the research hypothesis.3) The top three recommendations from this study, ranked by frequency, are as follows: The Subdistrict Administrative Organization should increase public communication about the process of impeaching politicians, enhance monitoring of political administration, and promote greater participation in supporting political parties.
