Abstract
The objectives of this research article were 1) to study the integration of good governance in local development of Sub District Administrative Organization, Mueang Amnat Charoen District, Amnat Charoen Province. 2) to compare the opinions on the integration of good governance in local development of Sub District Administrative Organization in mention, classified by gender, age, education level, and income. 3) to guidelines for the integration of good governance in local development of Sub District Administrative Organization in mention. The sample were 274 in number and 5 key informants. The research instrument was a five-rating scale questionnaire with reliability at 0.830 and in-depth interview verify. The statistical analyses employed include frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. The statistics used for hypothesis testing include t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), and content analysis.
The research found that: 1) The integration of good governance in local development of Sub District Administrative Organization, Mueang Amnat Charoen District, Amnat Charoen Province overall and each aspect at a high level, 2) The results of the comparison of opinions between personnel and council members in the Subdistrict Administrative Organization, classified by gender, age, education level, and income, show that overall and in each aspect, there are no significant differences, 3) guidelines for the integration of good governance in local development of Sub District Administrative Organization, Mueang Amnat Charoen District, Amnat Charoen Province were from the in-depth interviews, the following points were: (1) Administration should be fair, protect the public interest, and operate clearly in compliance with laws and regulations. (2) Equality should be promoted. (3) Opportunities should be provided for the public to participate in monitoring and auditing, and information should be accurate, straightforward, and easy to understand. (4) All personnel and council members should have the opportunity to express their opinions. (5) Attention should be given to problems, and there should be accountability in carrying out duties. (6) Budgets should be used efficiently, appropriately aligned with established goals, and aimed at achieving maximum effectiveness and benefit.
