Abstract
This research article aimed to study the academic administration problems of small schools under the Office of the Primary Education Area 2, Nong Bua Lamphu and to study the guidelines for solving the academic administration problems of small schools under the Office of the Primary Education Area 2, Nong Bua Lamphu. The research sample consisted of 163 school administrators and teachers. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a reliability value of 0.89. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
The results of the study found that:
The study of opinions on the academic administration problems of small schools under the Office of the Primary Education Area 2, Nong Bua Lamphu, was at a high level overall ( = 4.07, S.D. = 0.56). The comparison of the opinions of administrators and teachers in terms of work experience was significantly different at a statistical level of 0.05. However, there was no difference in terms of job positions. The solutions should include organizing workshops to provide knowledge to teachers through actual practice, conducting study visits with schools that are ready to develop the curriculum, holding meetings to plan and analyze the curriculum structure, and providing curriculum documents that are consistent with the community and local conditions. Provide opportunities for communities to participate in the development of school curricula and learning content. School administrators provide curriculum documents or related documents for teachers to study by themselves, and there is a committee to monitor and evaluate the use of the curriculum continuously.
