Abstract

This Article aimed to study (1) evaluate reactions (2) evaluate learning (3) evaluate behavior and (4) evaluate results. of participants in the Local Wisdom Project Develop professional skills Ban Kumpae School Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 3. The participants included 68 individuals, comprising school administrators, teachers, and students, selected through purposive sampling. The evaluation tools consisted of questionnaires, tests, observation forms, and interview guides. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The findings were as follows : (1) Reaction Evaluation, The overall reaction received the highest average score. The content relevance was rated the highest, while the condition of training materials and equipment, though adequate and ready for use, received the lowest average score. (2) Learning Evaluation : Students' post-training test scores averaged 85.30%, significantly higher than the pre-training scores of 41.70%. The mean post-training score was 17.06, compared to 8.34 before training, surpassing the 70% benchmark. (3) Behavior Evaluation, The overall behavior evaluation was rated at the highest level. Trainees effectively applied their acquired knowledge in daily life, receiving the highest average score. However, disseminating products created during the training to the public received the lowest average score. (4) Results Evaluation, Qualitative data indicated that most trainees were highly satisfied with the project’s implementation. The training process and curriculum were well-organized, featuring knowledgeable trainers who delivered content in an accessible manner. Participants were encouraged to ask questions, and the content aligned with the training topics.
