Abstract
The objectives of this research article are to evaluate reactions, evaluate learning, evaluate behavior and evaluate results of the participants in the camp to develop morals, ethics and social manners (good people of the land) Kanchanaphisek Wittayalai Surat Thani School, The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Suratthani Chumphon. The sample group consisted of 175 administrators, teachers and students. The tools used in the research include a questionnaire, test, observation form and interview form. Data were analyzed using statistics: percentage, mean and standard deviation and content analysis. The research results found that: 1) Reaction, the overall was at the highest level (
= 4.34) regarding the appropriateness of the content has the highest average ( = 4.53). 2) Learning, the test scores after participating in the training accounted for 90.63 percent higher than the score before training. with a score of 48.37 percent, which passed the specified criteria. 3) Behavior, the overall was at the highest level ( = 4.15). The issue is that trainees have a volunteer spirit to work for others with physical strength, encouragement and intellectual strength without expecting anything in return and the trainees have desired behavior According to the concept of moral development and ethics to students ( = 4.60) has the highest average 4) Results, it was found that the results of the overall quantitative evaluation of results were at a high level ( = 4.38). The issue of students being responsible for assigned work and submitting work directly ( = 4.68) has the highest average. And from interviews with qualitative informants, it was found that organizing the project of Morality, Ethics and Social etiquette Development Camp (Good people of the land) Kanchanapisek Wittayalai Suratthani School. It is useful because it directly develops morality, ethics, social etiquette and desirable characteristics for students. Helps students have more confidence in following rules.
