Guidelines for managing integrated buddhist health of the home community Ban Lao Ngio Community Changhan Subdistrict, Changhan District, Roi Et Province

Abstract
This research article aimed to : 1) study the holistic health care in Buddhism, 2) to study the health of Ban Lao Ngiew Community, Janghan Sub-district, Janghan District, Roi Et Province, and 3) to study the guidelines for Integrated Buddhist Community Health Management of Ban Lao Ngiew Community, Janghan Sub-district, Janghan District, Roi Et Province. This research was conducted using qualitative research methodology. The target groups of the research informants consisted of 2 groups: Group 1, the informants of the health of the Ban Lao Ngiew community, Janghan Sub-district, Janghan District, Roi Et Province, consisting of 17 people, including community leaders, village health volunteers (VHVs), and people in the community. Data were collected by interviews. And Group 2, the key informants in the studying the guidelines for integrated Buddhist health management of Ban Lao Ngiew Community, Janghan Sub-district, Janghan District, Roi Et Province, data were collected by organizing group discussions, 9 qualified persons (monks and laities), using the purposive selection method.
The research results found that :
The guidelines for integrated Buddhist health management by integrating the 4 A principles (food, exercise, emotions, air) with the 4 principles of meditation (physical meditation, morality meditation, mental meditation, wisdom meditation) to create a balance in taking care of both physical health and to create a balance in taking care of both physical and mental health in a perfect way, namely, the 4 A principles of food integrated with morality meditation, namely, choosing food, being mindful of consuming food, leading to the development of morality in oneself, the 4 A principles of exercise integrated with physical meditation, namely, appropriate exercise that helps the body to be strong and have concentration, the 4 A principles of emotions integrated with mental meditation, namely, practicing meditation and developing mindfulness, helping to control emotions, reducing stress and anxiety, the 4 A principles of air integrated with wisdom meditation, namely, choosing a good environment with clean air, helping to enhance health and wisdom.
